How Does It Work?
We use a combination of a specialized firming cream and body wrap with our during our sauna treatment to maximize calorie burning. We like to use the maximum temperature of 85 degrees for optimum results, however temperature can be altered at client request.
How Many Calories Will I Burn?
You will burn anywhere between 900-1800 calories in one session, amount of calories burned varies on how high the temperature is and how long you can take the heat.
How Long Do I Lay In The Blanket?
Each session is 60 minutes, but if client needs to cut the session short we can do that as well.

Things To Remember
Drink plenty of water! Hydration is important because you will be doing a lot of sweating and we do not want you to be dehydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Clear your schedule. You will be very relaxed and drained after your session.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol prior to your detox sauna session, if you appear to be hungover you WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
